Aileen Rodriguez, Operations Assistant, is responsible for working with Operations Officer to ensure that all client requests and FC request are performed on a timely and efficient manner. Also has the responsibilities of following up with client's documentation, preparing checks and entering data in the system after approval from COO. She handles Record keeping of all in and out correspondence, sends the monthly statements by request, prepares small audit for our client's CPA's, maintains all required files in the operations area according to Corporate and Securities regulations and assists FC and COO with a variety of administrative functions. Ms. Rodríguez has been a member of Consultiva since 2000. Prior to Consultiva, she was employed by TCI Cablevision Caguas-Humacao of PR. She is a graduate of Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, in Cupey, obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.
