Gerardo J. Látimer-Janer , Investment Management Consultant, has been in the securities industry for over 15 years. From 1993 to 1998 Mr. Látimer worked as a Portfolio Administrator and as an Investment Officer with Banco Santander. In 1998 he joined Citigroup where he began as Junior Trader with Salomon Smith Barney and eventually as Head Trader and Sales Supervisor of Citicorp Financial Services Corporation. There, he was charged with coordinating, managing and supervising all Emerging Markets Business Trading Activity and Sales Executives around Latin America. He joined BBVA Securities in 2003 Assistant Vice-President and Head Trader responsible for all aspects of portfolio analytics, trade executions and portfolio reporting activities. Before joining Consultiva Internacional, Inc Mr. Látimer worked with the Treasury Division of Scotiabank de Puerto Rico. Mr. Látimer holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Sacred Heart University ("Medalla Pórtico" Award recipient for Academic Excellence), and a Masters Degree in Finance from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, both with honors. Mr. Látimer is a member of Standard & Poor's Vista Research Society of Industry Leaders. He is also a member of "Asociación Americana de Hombres de Empresa" as well as the Association for Financial Professionals. Mr. Látimer is registered with the NASD as a General Securities Representative (Series 7) and as a General Securities Principal (Series 24).
