CONSULTIVA Securities Inc. (CSI) was founded in the year 2000 by Myrna M. Rivera and is a wholly owned subsidiary of CONSULTIVA Internacional Inc.

CSI was created to provide custody, execution and clearing services.   CSI professionals have over 20 years of experience in the brokerage industry providing services to the institutional and retail financial community.

CSI is an introducing Broker/Dealer in Puerto Rico that operates on a fully disclosed basis with various clearing firms, such as First Clearing LLC ("FC LLC"), a subsidiary of Wachovia Bank, BNY Securities, Global Transition Solutions and Lynch, Jones & Ryan, a subsidiary of Instinet.  

CSI is a member of FINRA (www.finra.org) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC - www.sipc.org).
